Jeep Cherokee Blows Head Gasket in Mud Hole

This Jeep Cherokee XJ blew up a head gasket among other things while trying to escape the grip of a mighty mud hole. We’ve all been through something like this haven’t we?  I remember a particularly terrible offroad trip when I was in highschool where we got two trucks stuck so bad that we had to walk 5 miles into town and beg a convenience store owner to close down, get his tractor and pull us out.
