Back in April, Jeep did a temporary layoff of their manufacturing plant to gear up for the new 2018 Jeep Wrangler. This week the Jeep assembly workers were treated to an offroad course built right on the assembly plant grounds so they could see and feel firsthand what a Jeep Wrangler can do.

Jeep workers will come back to work in waves. The first shift will involve the ladies and gentlemen who build the Jeep bodies. After that will be the paint shop employees and then the general assembly staff. There will also be thorough classroom training and on-the-job training to familiarize the employees with the latest upgrades.

Management doesn’t plan on opening the course to the public but they will let the workers drive the new Jeep Scrambler truck on it when the time comes!
